Nadal reaches semis after surviving scare
Top seed Rafael Nadal is given a scare before being handed a place in the semifinals of the Shanghai Masters. Nadal is 3-6 6-3 with Ivan Ljubicic before the Croat is forced to retire with a thigh injury.
