STRATFORD -- Frank Guardi returned a squib kickoff 65 yards for the winning touchdown with 20 seconds left in the game Friday night to give the New Fairfield High football team a dramatic 26-22 South-West Conference victory over Bunnell.The Bulldogs, who jumped to a 16-0 lead, had just taken a 22-19 lead on Zack Thomas' 22-yard touchdown pass to Steve Buczek with less than a half-minute remaining before Guardi's decisive return.
