Danbury qualifies for state field hockey tournament
RIDGEFIELD -- Allie Kornhaas deflected home a shot with about four minutes remaining in sudden-death overtime to lift the Danbury High field hockey team to a 1-0 victory over rival Ridgefield on Tuesday. The win secures a spot for te Hatters in the state tournament.
