WEST REDDING -- Coach Neil Phillips had some words of advice at halftime for his Joel Barlow High girls soccer team.Phillips wanted the Falcons, who were clinging to a 1-0 lead over Pomperaug at the time, to score early in the second half.Junior midfielder Fiorella Johnson obviously listened to her coach, drilling in a 30-yard shot three minutes into the half to propel Barlow to a 4-0 SWC victory.
