Don't expect the new Federal Hockey League to become another one of the countless number of single A-level leagues that open for business one season and close shop the next.That's the view of league officials like FHL Commissioner Don Kirnan, who officially announced the formation of the new professional ice hockey league -- which will feature a team based in Danbury -- during a national media conference call held Thursday.
