BROOKFIELD -- Brittany Martelle scored 17 points to lead the Brookfield High girls basketball team to a 44-29 victory over New Fairfield on Tuesday night in a battle between South-West Conference contenders. Martelle drained two 3-pointers, grabbed seven rebounds and shot 5-for-6 from the foul line.
